We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Sharing Personal information received by ShippingCaptain
We do not sell personal information to any third party business however certain information may move across channels, such as linking order details when linking accounts to ShippingCaptain. This transfer will be end-to-end encrypted and your information will be stored on our platform securely.
We might employ other companies to provide you with certain services that might require information with them. For example, we might share your personal information with payment processing companies. Unless mentioned otherwise, this information will not be used for other business purposes in addition to these predefined services.
In order to comply with any court orders or legal requirements, we reserve the right to access, read, hold and disclose any personal information to comply with the law or to protect the rights of ShippingCaptain, our employees, our users, etc.
USPS Privacy Act: In order to fulfill transactional reporting requirements and purchase the postage, your information will be collected and used (authorized by 39 U.S.C. 401, 403, and 404). This information is not mandatory however not providing this information could result in your transaction not being processed. The Postal Service does not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except to facilitate the transaction, to act on your behalf or request, or as legally required under limited circumstances i.e. to a congressional office on your behalf; to financial entities regarding financial transaction issues; to a US Postal Service auditor; to entities, including law enforcement, as required by law or in legal proceedings; and to contractors and other entities aiding us to fulfill the service (service providers). We do not "sell" your Personal Information, as this term is defined under California law. Given the divergent practices of organizations that offer browsers and the lack of a standard in the marketplace, we do not respond to Do Not Track signals at this time.
Subject to certain exceptions, as a California consumer, you have the right to: (i) access your Personal Information and (ii) obtain deletion of your Personal Information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may be required to retain some of your Personal Information, and certain Personal Information is strictly necessary in order for us to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy.
